Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Deux Âmes. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these products and to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once delivered:

  • Candles

  • Wax sachets

  • Scented products

This does not apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Jewelry Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Jewelry items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • There are no signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Returns or exchanges are also accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive an incorrect item

Jewelry items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, preferably within 3 days.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once the issue is confirmed, Deux Âmes will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional cost, in accordance with Swiss consumer law.

Requests submitted significantly after delivery may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If a return is required due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), Deux Âmes will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return or exchange is due to personal preference or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping

We ship exclusively within Switzerland.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Swiss consumer law.
