Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland.

Orders with shipping addresses outside Switzerland cannot be processed.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or promotional campaigns.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via Swiss postal services.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and postal service conditions.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options within Switzerland:

  • Standard Shipping: CHF 4.00

  • Free shipping on all orders over CHF 60.–

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Deux Âmes is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition with clear photos and contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, preferably within 3 days.
